Challenges and Change - What can I do for you?
Changes and developments in an environment not only determine the strategies and history of organizations, but also challenge teams to go through adjustments and learning processes. I accompany and advise my clients in phases of change and challenge. You will learn how you or your team can act strategically - and also communicate strategically. As your consultant, I provide you with the right techniques to bring clarity to complex situations. That way you can control the process with the right tools and strategies; and foster personal responsibility and ownership.
In order to promote good and effective teamwork, I offer team development based on systemic, solution-oriented coaching and working methods and targeted consulting tailored to the respective challenge.
Using a systemic/solution-oriented approach, I counsel individuals, teams or departments working in psychosocial or challenging organizations. Goals can be the clarification of roles and responsibilities, the discussion of therapeutic approaches, the clarification of surrounding structures, processes and their influence on the individual or joint work situation.
For teams - tailored to their topics and wishes - I design workshops, seminars on topics such as communication, strategy development, change management and positioning and navigation in large organizations.
Organizations are living, social and, above all, people-designed enterprises. The decisive prerequisite for the success of a company is the adaptation to change and the recognition of the necessity of constant development. I advise and accompany these change processes and development steps in the context of management consulting. Topics may include future modeling, change management, organizational culture and leadership culture.
